By enrolling in an ACEonline, LLC course, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Legal Notices
Communications are deemed delivered 30 days after posting on the website or 5 business days after email transmission to ParentingClassDivorce@gmail.com.
Personal Data Collection
The company collects names, addresses, emails, and phone numbers for course administration. Credit card processing occurs through Stripe, with no payment data retained by ACEonline.
Course Access
You must complete your courses within your chosen enrollment period (30 or 45 days) from the date of purchase. After this period, your access will expire.
Extensions may be requested by email no later than five (5) days before your enrollment expires. Extension requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Payment & Refunds
- Cancellations: Permitted within 5 business days of purchase if no quizzes have been started.
- No refunds: Once you begin a quiz, no refunds are available.
- Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Course Completion
To successfully complete the course, you must:
- Watch all required videos
- Read all required materials
- Pass all quizzes with a minimum score of 70% (unlimited retakes allowed)
- Complete the course evaluation
Upon successful completion, your certificate will be available immediately in your Dashboard for download and printing.
Certificate Submission
ACEonline does not submit certificates to courts on your behalf. You are responsible for:
- Downloading your certificate from your Dashboard
- Printing and submitting your certificate to your attorney
- Filing any required court forms (such as Nebraska Form DC 6:5.5)
Dispute Resolution
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be settled exclusively by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Class Action Waiver
All claims must proceed individually. You agree not to participate in any class action or multi-plaintiff proceeding against ACEonline, LLC.
Time Limitation
Any claim or dispute must be filed within 12 months of the date the cause of action arose. Claims filed after this period are waived.
Copyright Notice
All course content, including videos, text, images, and materials, is protected by copyright and owned by ACEonline, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Educational use is permitted only with proper attribution to ACEonline, LLC.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
